Who sees what

Everyone gets their own view.

Each person signs in as themselves and sees only what their role allows. These are the roles this business starts with; yours match your team.

  • Practice manager

Runs the practice: sees every client, programme, session, and note, assigns clients to practitioners, sets rates, and invoices.

  • Practitioner

Sees only the clients assigned to them, with their programmes and notes. Logs their own sessions. Cannot see other practitioners' clients or notes.

  • Front desk

Books clients in and raises invoices. Sees client details and programmes, but never session notes.

The demo

A business that doesn't exist, with data that could.

Clearwater Practice is made up, but its CRM is real: built from the same starting point we'd use for you, and filled with a realistic set of demo data.

  • 3 practitioners and a practice manager
  • 30 clients on 6 programmes
  • Two months of sessions
  • Monthly invoices per client
